Welcome to Car Rental Ranchi. By using our taxi and car rental services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Service Agreement

Car Rental Ranchi provides taxi and car rental services in Ranchi, Jharkhand, and surrounding areas. By making a booking, you enter into a service agreement with us and agree to these terms.

2. Booking & Reservations

• Bookings can be made via phone (+91-7488341848), WhatsApp, or our website.
• Confirmation will be sent via SMS/WhatsApp with driver details.
• Advance booking is recommended for airport transfers and outstation trips.
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Prices are based on per-kilometer rates as displayed on our website.
• For outstation trips, minimum 250 km per day billing applies.
• Driver allowance of ₹300/day is charged for outstation trips.
• Toll charges, parking fees, and state taxes are extra and paid by the customer.
• Payment can be made via Cash, UPI, Card, or Bank Transfer.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: More than 2 hours before scheduled pickup.
• 20% Charge: Cancellation within 2 hours of pickup time.
• 50% Charge: Cancellation after driver has been dispatched.
• No Refund: No-show without prior cancellation.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup location and contact information.
• Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
• Maintain cleanliness inside the vehicle.
• Wear seatbelts as required by law.
• No smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities inside the vehicle.
• Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged separately.

6. Luggage Policy

• Standard luggage as per vehicle capacity is included.
• Excess or oversized luggage may require a larger vehicle at additional cost.
• We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

7. Waiting Charges

• Local Trips: Free waiting up to 30 minutes, then ₹100/hour.
• Airport Pickup: Free waiting up to 45 minutes after flight landing.
• Outstation: Driver available for 12 hours; extra hours charged at ₹100/hour.

8. Vehicle & Driver

• All vehicles are regularly maintained, clean, and sanitized.
• Drivers are professionally trained and background verified.
• Vehicle model may vary based on availability (same category).
• AC will be provided as per booking; non-AC available at reduced rates.

9. Liability & Insurance

• All vehicles are covered with comprehensive insurance.
• We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Maximum liability is limited to the fare amount paid.
• Personal belongings are the passenger's responsibility.

10. Route & Itinerary

• Driver will take the most efficient route unless otherwise requested.
• Additional stops not in the original booking may incur extra charges.
• Route changes due to road conditions are at driver's discretion.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, riots, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
